Burnout is common among Customer Success Teams.  One of the leading issues I run into is when a particular problem or difficulty is frequently shared by customers and a remedy for the pain is unavailable.

This feeling of helplessness by the Success Team can sometimes manifest itself as a disengaged posture when communicating with clients.

A discovery of the root cause for the lack of options available to the Success Team will reveal the deeper problems that need to be addressed.

Sometimes the issue is a resource constraint in Engineering, poor prioritization by the Product Team, lack of parallel development systems, or a combination of other issues.
